Thalisson got his first experience of professional football with the lower league side Legiau in Brazil, from where he moved to Sloboda from Varaždin in Croatia. In Slovenia, he first played for Rogaška, which he led to the First League and the Cup in 2024.

He also scored in the final match at Stožice, making him one of the heroes of this historic success. After an excellent season, he moved to Ljubljana.
