Mitrovski revealed what the win means for Olimpija: “We\u2019re very happy with the win because it gives us an extra lift. Three straight wins were necessary for us to bounce back after the first half of the season. Today the key was excellent preparation, discipline in the defensive phase, and the fact that we took almost every big chance we had.”<\/p>\n
Bessone added his perspective: “What matters even more is that I can be proud of my team, because this was not an easy match. We\u2019ve played our third game in the last week and I\u2019m very proud. We\u2019ve won all three in a row and that means a lot to me, because it\u2019s the first time it\u2019s happened since I arrived. Today I\u2019m very happy and proud of my boys.”<\/p>\n
He also praised his players\u2019 performance against Celje: “We prepared well for Celje, the players responded excellently to the instructions and analysis, everyone did their job at a high level and knew exactly what they needed to do.
