Dragons will play in Baku at night

The last qualifying match for the European competitions will take place at 1.00 p.m. Slovenian time. In Azerbaijan, the Dragons will play with Qarabag, who won 0:2 in Stožice. The match will be broadcast live on RTV SLO 2.

Green-White head coach Joao Henriques: “The players are tired, of course, and it has been a tiring journey. But it gets better every day. We arrived on Tuesday and had our first training session. The players gave their best and reacted very well to the situation. I believe that they will be more rested and ready for the match. Yesterday we had an official training session on the main pitch, we tested the terrain and looked at the last little details of the game. We always go to the match to win. We know we are losing, but we will fight until the end. The options to move forward are still open. We need to go into the game with confidence and give our best. We are here because we want to qualify for the Europa League group stage.”
