Elšnik injury update

Timi Max Elšnik finished Sunday’s league match against Aluminij early due to a hamstring injury. In 52′ of the home match he was replaced on the pitch by Saar Fadida.

Elšnik underwent a more detailed MRI scan a day later, which showed that the injury was fortunately not serious.

The captain of the Dragons and also a member of the Slovenian national team is currently undergoing a number of therapies and his return will depend on his daily condition. Olimpija will have to face Brinje, Celje, Klaksvik and Mura before the next national team break.
