Meet the Coaching Staff
Federico Bessone Luna
HEAD COACH
The Argentine, who grew up in Spain, is a former player from Barcelona’s La Masia and English clubs, who began his coaching career in Andorra. There he won the supercup, national title and impressed with Santo Coloma in the Conference League qualifiers for the 2025/26 season.
Enric Pi Sola
ASSISTANT COACH
The former professional footballer started his career at Mallorca and played most of his career in Spain, finishing in Andorra at Santa Coloma.
Ivan Senzen
ASSISTANT COACH
Senzen built his coaching reputation in the youth academy of Dinamo Zagreb, and since 2024 he has been working in the Olimpija system – first at the youth level, and now at the senior level.

GOALKEEPER COACH
A former goalkeeper who now passes on his knowledge and experience to new generations of goal keepers.

FITNESS COACH
An expert in physical preparation and nutrition who ensures that players are always in top shape and at the same time ready for the toughest challenges.

A fitness master who uses his approach to help players achieve and maintain peak physical fitness.

FITNESS COACH
Before joining Olimpija, he worked at Andorran Santa Coloma, and can also boast experience at FC Barcelona.
Ažbe Ribič
FITNESS COACH
Master of Kinesiology from the Faculty of Sport in Ljubljana joined the first team in summer 2025, after doing excellent work in Olimpija’s youth system.
