First words from the new head coach

The Dragons are starting a new chapter under the leadership of a new head coach, who immediately emphasized a clear vision upon his arrival in Ljubljana. In his first words, the Portuguese highlighted the importance of a common goal, competitiveness and gradual progress at every step.

Strategist Jorge Simao said: “For me, the first day is always wonderful because we share the same vision for this club. The president wants to improve Olimpia little by little, year by year. I joined to help with that, step by step. That’s why I’m very happy to be here. I want to share the president’s vision and we’ve already started working towards that.”

“For those who don’t know me – my teams are very competitive. I like an aggressive style of play with and without the ball. It’s a very energetic and aggressive football.
