At 17:30, a league match between Olimpija and Domžale kicks off at Stožice stadium! The 13th round of the Prva liga Telemach brings a new opportunity for the Dragons to improve their position in the standings and return to winning ways.

“The team is growing in confidence and we want to build on that. We’ll have to work even harder than last week if we want the three points to stay at home. The boys have trained well, and now we need to prove it all on the pitch, against a team I already faced in my first match as Olimpija’s coach,” says head coach Federico Bessone.

On his debut, he led the Dragons to victory against Domžale and advancement in the cup competition, with Pedro Lucas scoring the decisive goal. This was followed by a victory over Mura, while the last two matches (against Aluminij and Celje) ended in draws.

“We want to get back to winning ways and show the true face of Olimpija again. We need to focus on ourselves, play decisively and with high energy from the first minute,” added the green-whites’ strategist.
