Midfielder Jurgen Çelhaka is leaving the Dragons and will continue his career in Turkey, where he will wear the Muglaspor shirt.
He arrived in Ljubljana from Poland’s Legia during the winter transfer window of the 2024/25 season. In green and white, he made 47 appearances – 36 in the domestic league, six in the cup competition and five on the international stage. He scored his only goal for Olimpija in the cup, and at the end of the 2024/25 season he also celebrated the national championship title with the Dragons.
On his departure, the 25-year-old Albanian said: “As of today, I am no longer an Olimpija player, so I would like to sincerely thank everyone I had the opportunity to work with during my time playing for this special club. A big thank you goes to the fans, who supported us every step of the way and stood by us throughout the entire season. I wish the club and all of you a lot of success in the future.”
Jurgen, thank you for everything and good luck on your new journey!
