General Terms and Conditions
The general terms and conditions of the website and store of the company FC OLIMPIJA doo have been drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the Tax Verification of Invoices Act (ZdavPR) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The FC OLIMPIJA website and online store, located at https://nkolimpija.si/ (hereinafter: Olimpija Website), is operated by the company FC OLIMPIJA doo, which is also a provider of e-commerce services (hereinafter: FCO Company).

The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the online store of FC Olimpija doo, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between the provider and the buyer. The buyer is bound by the general terms and conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order). When placing an order, the user is each time specifically reminded of the general terms and conditions and by submitting an order confirms his/her familiarity with them.
By using the website, the user confirms that he/she understands, accepts and agrees with all provisions of these general terms and conditions and the privacy and personal data protection policy published on the website.
These general terms and conditions, as well as the privacy policy, may be changed or supplemented at any time without warning or notice. By using the website after this policy has been changed, the user confirms that he agrees to the changes.
Defining terms
The provider is the company FC Olimpija doo, Vojkova cesta 100, Ljubljana, 1000 Ljubljana, which operates the online store operating on the website https://nkolimpija.si/ (hereinafter referred to as the Olimpija Website)
The user is a person who uses the provider’s website and online store, which operates at the link: https://shop.nkolimpija.si/si/shop.html
The buyer is a person who uses the provider’s website and makes purchases in the Olimpija Podjetja FCO website system, which operates on the website https://shop.nkolimpija.si/si/shop.html
The Olimpija website is an information system intended to present news, players, matches and everything else related to the Olimpija football club and the sale of products.
The general terms and conditions of business address the provider’s operations, the buyer’s rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.
Website use
Use of the Olimpija Website is subject to these terms of use, including applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia in this area.
By using the website, each user:
- expressly agrees to the general terms of use;
- undertakes to use the website in a lawful manner;
- undertakes not to use the service for the purpose of publishing or promoting any content and/or advertisement that is contrary to applicable law and public order and morality;
- is responsible for knowing and complying with the applicable regulations of the Republic of Slovenia relating to the use of the Olimpija Website;
- will not distribute copyrighted content or content owned by another legal or natural person;
- will not attempt to obtain, collect and/or store personal data of other users;
- will not copy, store or transmit in any way all or part of the content of the Olimpija Website, will not use computer codes, malicious programs or anything that could interfere with, disable or damage this service, the service provider or its software and hardware.
Information accessibility
FCO undertakes to always provide the following information to the customer:
- company identity (company name and registered office, registration and tax number),
- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
- essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
- product availability (every product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
- product delivery conditions (method, place and delivery time),
- all prices must be clearly and unambiguously stated and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
- payment and delivery method,
- validity period of the offer,
- the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, whether and how much it costs the buyer to return the product,
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person or customer service department,
- functionality, including applicable measures for technical protection of digital content, where applicable,
- information about the compatibility of digital content with hardware and software that the company is aware of or should be aware of,
- costs associated with the use of the means of communication, if it differs from the basic tariff,
- the existence of codes of conduct and the accessibility of any codes of conduct.
Purchase process
Cart
On the Olimpija website, or its subpages, select the product and the desired quantity and click on the “Add to cart” button. For products with multiple size, color, etc. options, select the desired size and color (if necessary) and click on the “Add to cart” button.
If you click on the “Add to Cart” button, the “Cart” will open/be brought to you on the right side of the screen. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the “Continue Shopping” button at the bottom and the “Cart” will close; this allows you to continue shopping in the online store.
If you want to remove a specific product from the shopping cart, you must click on the “cart” icon and click on the “cross” next to the individual product or set the product quantity to 0 by clicking on “–”. The cart is updated automatically.
If you want to increase the quantity of an already selected product in the shopping cart, you must click on the “cart” icon and increase the quantity of the selected product. This is done by clicking on “+”. The cart is updated automatically.
To continue shopping, click on the “Continue shopping” button.
The “cart” icon allows you to review your product selection and shows you the partial amount of your order (excluding shipping).
To complete your purchase, go through three steps. When you click on the “cart” icon, it takes you to the page of your selected products. To complete your purchase, click on the “proceed to checkout” button, where you select a payment method, confirm with the “continue” button, log in (if you are already a registered user) and fill in your personal delivery information.
If you want to complete your purchase and have filled in the information, click the “Continue” button and the system will take you to the last page of your purchase (purchase review), where you confirm the purchase with “Confirm and pay.”
If you are purchasing tickets, select the desired option from the menu (exact match, multi-ticket package, season ticket, etc.). On the next screen, select the desired sector in which you are selecting seats. You can choose from the seats marked in green. Once you have selected all the seats you want, select the ticket variation, namely you can choose between ADULTS or CHILDREN. If you are purchasing a ticket for a person under 14 years of age, you must select the “CHILDREN” variation, and if the person is older, you must select “ADULTS”. After completing your selection, confirm with the “go to checkout” button.
For matches where personalization is prescribed by the competent authority, it is necessary to manually enter the required data, which is absolutely necessary for entering the stadium.
If you have a discount coupon, enter it in the field under “Add coupon”. If the coupon code is correct and active, you will see a green notification saying “Coupon code successfully added”. If the coupon code is incorrect and/or not valid, you will see a red notification saying “Incorrect coupon code”.
Once we have successfully completed all the necessary information, we continue the purchase by clicking on the “Continue with order” button.
If you want to return to seat selection, click the “Back to seat selection” button.
Cashier
To complete your order, you must click the “proceed to checkout” button in the “shopping cart” and fill in all required fields.
Shipping address: You must provide the required contact information marked with an asterisk (name, surname, country, address, city, postal code, e-mail address and phone number), which we need to confirm and complete your order and deliver your product.
Payment method: You can choose from several different payment methods, namely: payment by credit and debit cards, Valu, FCO prepaid credit card, mBills and AirCash.
Coupons : If the user has a valid discount coupon, they enter it in the appropriate field and click the “redeem coupon” button.
Order overview : The https://shop.nkolimpija.si/si/nakup-korak-1.html page displays the products that the user added to the shopping cart while browsing the online store.
Price: The price of each product, the shipping cost, and the total cost of payment are visible before the buyer completes the order.
Order completion: The user can review the submitted delivery information, the payment method they have chosen and the contents of the shopping cart. The user confirms the order by clicking on the “Complete order” button.
If the order was successfully completed, the website will display “Thank you. Your order has been accepted.”
If you purchase a ticket, you will receive it to the email registered with your account.
Purchase notification process
After placing an order, the buyer receives a notification by email that the order has been accepted.
FCO may call the customer at their contact telephone number or via the email address provided to verify data or to ensure the accuracy of delivery.
The purchase process for legal entities is exactly the same as for natural persons (described above), except that the company name and company tax number must be entered when completing the purchase.
The consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract
In the case of distance contracts, the consumer has the right, in accordance with Articles 43 and 43 d of the ZVPot, to notify the company by email to shop@nkolimpija.si within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he or she is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his or her decision.
The consumer must return the goods to the company no later than 14 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The consumer returns the goods to the following address: FC Olimpija doo, Vojkova cesta 100, 1000 Ljubljana. In the event that the ordered goods are personalized, withdrawal from the contract is not possible.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods (postage).
The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in unchanged quantity, unless the product is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased through no fault of the consumer (paragraph five of Article 43č of the ZVPot).
When returning the goods, the consumer also sends the company the invoice for the goods and personal data, as well as the transaction account to which he wishes to receive the refund. We will make the refund within thirty days of receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract (this refund does not include the costs of returning the goods).
When withdrawing from a contract where a promotional code or discount code was used, these funds are considered as a discount and are not returned to the user. Only the paid amount is returned to the user’s bank account, and the promotional code is returned to the user in the form of a new code. When withdrawing from a contract, a gift voucher is considered as a means of payment and returned to the user as a gift voucher.
In case of ticket purchase, in accordance with point 12 of Article 43.č of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract for leisure services where the company undertakes to fulfill its obligation on a specific date or within a specific timeframe. Given this legal exception, according to which the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase of tickets, all ticket orders are binding, regardless of the method of ordering. Tickets for all NK Olimpija events that were purchased through the website www.shop.nkolimpija.si or at NK Olimpija’s point of sale or through intermediaries cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
In the event of an event cancellation, change of date or time, the event organizer is responsible for resolving the situation and providing a refund in all cases. In the event of the aforementioned circumstances, NK Olimpija will inform ticket buyers as soon as possible about the validity of the tickets and the possibility of a refund. The purchase price will only be refunded in the event of an event cancellation, otherwise the tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date or time of the event.
In the event of lost or stolen tickets, the buyer is not entitled to a refund, exchange or replacement ticket.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check the validity of the date, time and location of the event for which the ticket is purchased. Upon receipt of the ticket, the buyer is obliged to check the ticket immediately and report any errors on the ticket. ticket printout (such as incorrect printout of the event, date, time and location of the event and incorrect indication of the selected seat) immediately notify the seller, later complaints will not be considered.
Order
The purchase contract between FCO and the buyer is concluded on the Olimpija Website at the moment when FCO sends the first e-mail to the buyer confirming his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both FCO and the buyer.
The purchase contract (i.e. the first electronic message about the order status) is stored in electronic form on the FCO Company’s server and is available to consumers upon their written request.
Payment methods
The FCO website allows the following payment methods:
- payment by credit and debit cards,
- Wave,
- prepaid credit card,
- mBills,
- AirCash .
Delivery
The provider prepares the goods, and then the delivery service is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of the GLS delivery service. When placing an order, the buyer can specify a delivery address that is binding on the provider. In these general terms and conditions, the provider provides all necessary information regarding the address to which the buyer can contact in the event of a complaint.
If you order a product to be delivered to your home, you will also be notified of the delivery by the GLS delivery service, via the means of notification you specified when completing the order. Usually, the delivery service notifies you of the delivery via a telephone message, which also specifies the estimated delivery time and an email address where you can change the delivery time or method of collection.
Warning: These terms and conditions apply only within the Republic of Slovenia.
If you have purchased tickets, they will be delivered to the email address you provided in the last step of the purchase.
Shipping costs
The packaging and delivery costs for purchases are EUR 5.30 if the delivery address is within Slovenia.
If the delivery address is in other EU countries, the packaging and delivery cost is 15.9 EUR.
Warning: FCO warns customers that the delivery service may charge a certain fee upon collection. Regarding the latter, the customer is referred to the currently valid price list or general terms and conditions of the GLS delivery service.

Personal pickup
Issuance of an invoice (in accordance with the Tax Invoice Certification Act)
After payment for the ordered products and upon delivery, the FCO company also sends the customer a physical invoice to the specified delivery address (the invoice is included in the package with the ordered products).
If the buyer decides to pick up the items in person, after receiving the confirmation message, he can pick up the ordered goods by PRIOR ARRANGEMENT from Mon – Thu from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the address Vojkova cesta 100, 1000 Ljubljana (Garažna hiša Stožice) at:

The invoice details: price, VAT, shipping costs. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing an order.
If you purchase tickets with a credit card, you will receive an invoice to the email address you provided during the last step of purchasing your ticket. The invoice will be sent along with the email containing the tickets.
Coupons/Promotional codes
Promotional codes or coupons bring various benefits when purchasing and are usually limited in time. You can find an active promotional code on our website, the cover page of an advertising message, in our e-newsletters or other media.
The promotional code cannot be exchanged for cash. The coupon can only be redeemed in full. If the purchase value is higher than the coupon value, the promotional code holder must pay the difference. The purchase value must be higher than the coupon value.
Using a Coupon/Promotional Code:
Select the product you want to purchase and add it to your cart.
Select a delivery method, provide a delivery address, and select a payment method.
Enter the code in the “Promotional code or Coupon” field and confirm by clicking the “Redeem coupon” button.
When you enter the promotional code, the value of the gift vouchers is automatically deducted from the price of your order. If the amount of your order is higher than the value of the voucher, you pay the difference. Then you place your online order.
Liability for factual errors
The seller is liable for material defects that existed in the goods at the time the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether he was aware of this or not. The seller is also liable for material defects that become apparent after the risk has passed to the buyer, if they are the result of a cause that existed before that. A minor material defect is not taken into account.
We will try to resolve any complaint or claim as quickly as possible and primarily in the customer’s favor. Complaints about purchased goods are considered in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot).
Security
FCO uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For secure authorizations and credit card transactions, payments are made through the payment processor (payment gateway) PAAZ doo
Credit card authorizations are performed in real time with immediate verification of data with banks. Card information is not stored on the FCO Company server.

Exceptional disclosure of personal data
The data collected and processed by FCO doo will only be disclosed if required by the Personal Data Protection Act or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before courts or other state authorities.
Communication
FCO will contact the user via remote communication means only if the user expressly consents to this. FCO will expressly respect the user’s wish not to receive advertising messages.
Promotional emails will contain the following components:
- they will be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages,
- the sender will be clearly visible,
- various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such,
- The method of opting out of receiving advertising messages will be clearly presented.
Ratings, opinions and recommendations
Opinions, ratings and recommendations written by customers are part of the functionality of the online store and are intended for the community of all users.
FCO allows any user of the online store to write an opinion, and reviews them before final publication. FCO will not publish opinions or contributions that are in any way offensive, inappropriate or, in the company’s sole discretion, do not provide benefits to other users and visitors to the website.
By submitting an opinion or comment, the user expressly agrees to the general terms and conditions and to the use of his/her opinion or comment and allows the publication of the opinion or only part of it in all electronic and other media.
FCO has the right to use the content of the opinion or comment indefinitely and for any purpose that is in its commercial interest, including publication in advertisements or other marketing communications.
The author of the opinion also declares and guarantees that he is the owner of the material and moral copyrights for the written opinions and comments and that he exclusively and indefinitely transfers these rights to the Company FCO doo.
Legal notice
The FCO Company’s online store and all data on it, such as product images, graphic and video elements on the website, are protected and may not be reproduced or used without the prior written permission of the company.
Limitation of liability
FCO makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the website is up-to-date and correct. However, product features, delivery times or prices may change so quickly that sometimes FCO is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, FCO will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered product.
Exclusion of liability
We reserve the right to disable the website or disable access to it due to technical or other problems and maintenance, which also means disabling or hindering the use of the online store.
In the event of technical problems on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders that have been placed and are affected by the technical error. In the event of order cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of the next steps.
You must ensure that your equipment is adequately protected before accessing and using the website.
The buyer must ensure adequate security and confidentiality of the data used to log in to the website.
Complaints and disputes
FCO complies with applicable European consumer protection legislation and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaints handling system and to designate a person with whom the customer can contact by telephone or email in case of problems.
The complaint should be submitted via email: shop @nkolimpija.si. The complaint handling process is confidential. FCO will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer of the timeframe for handling the complaint and keep them informed of the progress of the process.
FCO is aware that the essential characteristic of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportionality between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, FCO makes every effort to resolve any disputes amicably.
In the event of judicial dispute resolution, the court at the consumer’s permanent residence has jurisdiction.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes (in accordance with Article 32 of the Consumer Disputes Act)
In accordance with legal norms, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.
The company FCO, which, as a provider of goods and services, enables online commerce in Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website. The platform is available to consumers at the link https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=SL
The aforementioned regulation stems from the Act on Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
Changes
The provider may change the existing general terms and conditions without prior notice. The user undertakes to check whether the terms of use have changed.
If the user no longer agrees to the amended terms of use, they must immediately stop using the Olimpija website.. By entering the website, you confirm that you agree to any changes and additions.
Information on the compatibility of digital content with hardware and software
The asa.si website is built on the WordPress platform (WordPress™ 5.9.1). The average page load time is 3 seconds. The website is compatible with modern web browsers Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, Edge, Android Browser, Opera, IOS, Maxthon and similar systems. Operation has been verified to be smooth in modern networks of Telekom Slovenije, t-2 network, Siol, Amis, Telemach and other providers with appropriate and comparable technical equipment.
