  • Raul and Vidovšek in the Nations League B

Raul Florucz played for Austria in the match against Serbia, which managed to secure its place in League A. The first match was 1-1, and Raul entered the game in the 77th minute, thus recording his international debut. In the return match, Austria’s footballers lost 2-0. The Dragons striker did not play in Belgrade. Austria thus failed to secure promotion to the higher division and remains in the B League of Nations, where Slovenia will also continue to compete.

Matevž Vidovšek watched both matches with Slovakia from the bench for the reserve players. Former Dragon Jan Oblak locked his door twice and helped the Slovenian national team to success and a decisive victory in the additional qualifiers with exceptional interventions. More than 14,000 spectators gathered in Stožice yesterday.
