Frederic Ananou in green-and-white from today!

Frederic signed a contract with the Dragons until summer 2027, with an option for an additional year. The right-back with exceptional physical predispositions chose number 27. He began his football career in the Cologne academy and first experienced senior football at Dutch club Roda. This was followed by a return to Germany and a stint at Belgian club St. Truiden. He is moving to Ljubljana from Regensburg, with whom he played in the German second league.

After signing the contract, he said: “I am very happy to have become a new member of Olimpija. I really like the club’s project and ambitions, so we quickly agreed on signing the contract. I want to help the team achieve its goals in Europe and domestically. I look forward to the first match, so I can meet the fans and help the team win the first European match this season.”
