In Saturday’s 29th-round Prva Liga Telemach match against Aluminij, Nemanja Motika suffered a serious injury to his right knee.
Just minutes after coming on, he earned a penalty kick for the Dragons, but in a collision with the opposing goalkeeper, he sustained an injury to his anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament of the knee.
Further medical examinations confirmed that surgery is required, followed by a lengthy rehabilitation.
