  • National team insight: Dragons in action

Most members of the NK Olimpija team are currently enjoying a well-deserved break from competition, but that’s not the case for everyone. The Five Dragons spent the end of the league season with international commitments.

The final squad for the upcoming European Under-21 Championship has just been announced! Marko Brest and Dino Kojić will represent Slovenia in Slovakia from June 11th, taking on Germany, England and the Czech Republic.

Matevž Vidovšek, meanwhile, will play two warm-up matches for the Slovenian national team – first, he will play an away match in Luxembourg, then a home match against Bosnia and Herzegovina in Celje.

Alex Matthias Tamm will host Israel and Norway with the Estonian national team as part of the World Cup qualifiers.

Raul Florucz will miss Austria’s qualifying matches against San Marino and Romania due to a right thigh muscle injury.
