Nemanja Motika is a Berlin-born footballer of Serbian origin who took his first football steps in Germany. He spent most of his youth career at Bayern Munich’s renowned academy, which he left after transferring from the reserve team to Red Star Belgrade.

From there, he joined Olimpija in the summer of 2023. He spent the 2024/25 season on loan at Greuther Fürth.
