Raul Florucz is leaving Olimpija today and is moving from the Slovenian league to Belgian greens, to the Royale Union Saint-Gilloise club, in exchange for a record compensation.

Raul joined the Dragons in the summer of 2023. He had signed a contract with the club six months earlier. The beginnings in Ljubljana were not the easiest, as he suffered an injury before the club’s first qualification to the group stage of a European competition, but then successfully returned and quickly established himself as a key player for the green and whites. At the start of the 2024/25 season, with the number ten on his back, he helped Olimpija significantly to a new qualification to the Conference League, and he also transferred his excellent performances to the Slovenian championship.

In the First League, Telemach earned the title of best scorer and player of the season. With his exceptional performances, he also earned his debut in the Austrian national team in March 2025. At the end of May, he and his teammates lifted the national championship trophy in Stožice, saying goodbye to the fans in the best possible way.

He played in 58 league, six cup and 14 European matches for the Dragons. He scored a total of 29 goals – 24x championship, 2x cup, 3x Europe. He also contributed 15 assists.
