At the end of March, the Slovenian national teams, which also feature NK Olimpija Ljubljana footballers, played their latest matches. The senior squad celebrated an away victory, while the youth team triumphed at home.
Jošt Urbančič made his debut in the starting eleven for the A national team in Podgorica! In the second match under the new coach, he played all 90 minutes and contributed an assist to the victory over Montenegro (3:2). The captain of the Green-Whites, Matevž Vidovšek, remained on the bench again.
After Slovenia U21’s home qualifying victory against Norway (2:0), Dino Kojić and Marko Ristić rejoined the Green-Whites’ training sessions on Wednesday morning. The young Dragons had drawn against Bosnia and Herzegovina (0:0) a few days prior.
The aforementioned quartet will be back in club colors this weekend for an away match against Mura.
