Talented Tristan Kotar is joining Olimpija’s youth system from Domžale. Born in 2009, the winger boasts an exceptional left foot and quality in one-on-one play. In addition to excellent performances for Ilirija and Domžale, Kotar also has experience playing for the Slovenian national youth teams.
As of today, he is signing a long-term professional contract with Olimpija. Proof of his quality is also the fact that the Dragons beat the competition from the best Slovenian and foreign clubs for his signature.
Youth Academy Director Ivica Vranješ said at the signing: “Today, the club finalized the transfer of a player we’ve been fighting for over the past few months. He is one of the most promising young players in Slovenia and certainly has a bright future with the club. He already possesses exceptional quality, so we see him soon in the first team as well. His development will be gradual, in accordance with the plan we have prepared for every player in our academy.”
Tristan, welcome to the Dragons!
