Olimpija head coach Federico Bessone took a few minutes the day before the Matchday 23 Prva liga Telemach game against Koper to speak to the club website. Winning that match is, of course, welcome, but even more important is that the boys are mentally strong, which they reinforced even further in this way.”

“It will be tough against Koper. They drew last time, and before that they lost, but they are an extremely high-quality team. That’s why we have to stay focused and try to get another win in front of our home fans.”

“The main reasons for the upturn in form? Above all, we had enough time to prepare, even though it wasn’t perfect due to the weather conditions. Still, we used the winter break well to fine-tune details that the boys understood very well.”
