The green and whites will return to the league scene with a match against Primorje, which will be played away tomorrow, Sunday at 3 p.m. Before the demanding visit to Ajdovščina, defender Justas Lasickas, who made his 100th appearance for the Dragons in the cup match against Beltinci, gathered his thoughts.
“I am very happy and honored to have achieved this number in the Olimpija jersey. Thank you to everyone for the incredible support in these three seasons, where we celebrated many incredible victories and I hope there will be even more in these final weeks of the season as we attack the double crown.”
“The match with Primorje will certainly be difficult. It’s an away game in a very specific city and our memories of the last match in Ajdovščina are positive, if we look at the result, but the weather conditions were very demanding then. We expect something similar tomorrow.”
“We have to stick to the plan and with the quality we have in our team, try to get on the ball as quickly as possible. We will have to adapt and use everything we have to get the result we want. Primorje has proven many times that they can fight with anyone and we need to be well aware of that.”
