  • Victor Sanchez’s reaction after the draw in Murska Sobota

Olimpija ended their away game in Prekmurje with a draw. The home team quickly cancelled out Tamm’s advantage in the 14th minute, but the score remained unchanged despite Mura’s suspension.

Victor Sanchez’s reaction after the draw in Murska Sobota: “We said before the game that we didn’t want to make mistakes. In the last games we wasted points because of that and we made one this time too. In the end, it was just a draw. We had chances to win, we also played with an extra player. We shot a lot, but we didn’t score the second time and that’s exactly what was missing. Accuracy.”

“We won another point, but we are disappointed, as we could have won two more. We will immediately look forward to the home match against Radomlje, when we can celebrate the title with a victory.”

“The game in the penalty area is not right at the moment. We are good everywhere, we have played as we want in all the matches, but the penalty area is the most important in the end. You have to be aggressive and efficient there, especially in the opponent’s penalty area. We are not taking advantage of opportunities. This is normal in these situations. Especially with young players who feel the pressure. But we have to take advantage of opportunities in the hunt for the title.”
