  • Young Dragons Receive National Team Call-ups

The excellent work in Jama hasn’t gone unnoticed by the youth national team selectors. In the last week of August, Olimpija will send 9 players to Brdo pri Kranju for the gathering of the Slovenian under-15 and under-17 national teams.

Coach Matej Drobnič has called up the following players for the U-15 national team: Lan Ambrož, Mark Burger, Ishak Gazibara, Din Glavaš, Nik Podrenk, and Aron Vučić. The generation that lifted the national champions’ trophy last season under the guidance of Admir Krupić will thus have 6 representatives at this gathering.

In the U-17 national team, led by Muamer Vugdalić, we will see three Dragons. Luka Karapetrović, Luka Rus, and Tristan Kotar, who joined Olimpija during the summer transfer window, will don the national team colors.

Good luck, boys!
